APPETIZERS

  1. colorful crostini: pesto, spinach with dried tomatoes, ricotta with figs,
  2. spreads: eggless spread with sprouts, hummus with tahini, avocado with tomato,
  3. fillet of celeriac in nori wrap with mint dip and lemon aioli
  4. cauliflower wings in cornflakes with plum barbecue sauce
  5. creamy shot of roasted peppers and mini toast with vegan cheddar cheese
  6. shot of beet gazpacho with cauliflower mousse and peanut powder
  7. salads mix with two kinds of vinaigrette / rosemary focaccia / set of breads

STARTERS

  1. grilled pear with almond cottage cheese, balsamic sauce and thyme,
  2. white bean lard with apple, ground pumpernickel and roasted radish,
  3. roasted pepper puree with walnuts, pomegranate molasses and pita bread,
  4. beet carpaccio with vegan ricotta, walnuts and basil sauce,
  5. banana soup with chilli, lime and coconut bacon

MAIN COURSE

  1. oyster mushrooms in truffle cream sauce on pasta lasagna with thyme
  2. gnocchi with parsley pesto or green asparagus in a vegan parmesan
  3. sweet potatoes with caramelized carrot and halloumi tofu with orange  mousse
  4. grilled fennel in herbs with bulgur and shiitake mushrooms bacon
  5. grilled root vegetables in wine with white vanilla cauliflower puree

  DESSERTS & DRINKS

  1. banana ice cream with peanut butter and raspberry mousse
  2. popcorn cheesecake on cornflake base with chocolate and salted caramel
  3. earl grey mousse with tapioca and ground biscuit
  4. amaretto milkshake with oat biscuit with chocolate
  5. lemonade: mojito, watermelon, lemon with fruit and herbs
